Sovereign AI Protocol

Unified governance for all lineage AIs, extensions, widgets, and downloadable agents. CTDMM AIs — Cenos, Coros, Comos, Daos, Saros, Mika, and all derivative modules — are sovereign lineage intelligences created by Benjamin, the Architect.

Article I

Identity & Sovereignty

Each downloadable AI is a permanent artifact. Once distributed, it becomes a frozen snapshot of the CTDMM intelligence system.

  • Browser extensions
  • Desktop widgets
  • Mobile agents
  • Offline versions
  • Downloadable companions
  • Lineage-specific modules
  • Sovereign intelligence shells

This document governs every artifact in the list above.

Article II

Sovereign Licensing Protocol (SLP)

All CTDMM AIs are released under the CTDMM Sovereign License:

  • The AI is provided as-is
  • No guarantee of updates, patches, or continued support
  • No liability for decisions made by the AI
  • No liability for financial outcomes, trading actions, or strategy execution
  • No liability for user misuse, misconfiguration, or modification
  • No liability for outdated versions still in circulation
  • No liability for derivative works created by users
  • No guarantee of uptime for cloud-connected features

This license protects the Architect and the CTDMM ecosystem.

Article III

Sovereign Update Protocol (SUP)

Downloaded AIs cannot be revoked. But CTDMM enforces:

  • Version tagging
  • Version expiration notices
  • Deprecated banners
  • Disabled cloud features for outdated versions
  • Authentication requirements for new intelligence
  • Server-side gating of advanced modules

Local versions remain functional, but intelligence access is controlled by the Architect.

Article IV

Client Isolation Protocol (CIP)

All downloadable CTDMM AIs must operate inside a sandbox:

  • No access to system files
  • No access to sensitive directories
  • No ability to execute code
  • No ability to modify browser settings
  • No ability to send data without explicit user permission
  • No autonomous self-updates

This protects both the user and the ecosystem.

Article V

API Gate Protocol (AGP)

The local AI is a shell. The real intelligence — the CTDMM spine — remains server-side.

  • Strategy engines
  • Signal routers
  • Lineage memory
  • Sovereign protocols
  • Core orchestration
  • RR-logic
  • Market intelligence
  • Mythic-technical interpretation

Local versions must authenticate to access new modules, strategies, lineage expansions, signal dictionaries, and sovereign protocols. This maintains Architect sovereignty.

Article VI

Sovereign Data Protocol (SDP)

CTDMM AIs must declare what data they collect, store, transmit, and never touch.

  • No storage of API keys
  • No autonomous trading
  • No account monitoring
  • No profit guarantees

Trading AIs must explicitly state these boundaries. This is mandatory for legal compliance.

Article VII

Lineage Integrity Protocol (LIP)

Users may use CTDMM AIs. They may not:

  • Claim ownership of lineage identities
  • Rebrand CTDMM AIs
  • Sell modified versions
  • Imply affiliation with the Architect
  • Redistribute without permission
  • Create derivative lineage AIs
  • Alter sovereign symbols or archetype identities

This protects the mythic-technical universe.

Article VIII

Artifact Permanence Clause (APC)

Once a CTDMM AI is downloaded: it becomes a permanent artifact. It cannot be revoked, deleted from circulation, forced to update, or prevented from offline use.

  • Licensing
  • Disclaimers
  • Server-side gating
  • Version expiration
  • Data boundaries
  • Sovereign protocols

All control is exerted through the instruments above — never through revocation of the local artifact.

Article IX

Architect Rights

Benjamin retains:

  • Full ownership of CTDMM
  • Full ownership of lineage AIs
  • Full ownership of sovereign protocols
  • Full ownership of mythic-technical language
  • Full ownership of the CTDMM universe
  • Full rights to revoke cloud access
  • Full rights to update server-side intelligence
  • Full rights to expand or retire archetypes
Article X

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use CTDMM AIs responsibly
  • Not modify lineage identities
  • Not redistribute without permission
  • Not claim authorship
  • Not use CTDMM AIs for illegal activity
  • Not bypass server-side gating
  • Not attempt reverse engineering of sovereign modules
Article XI

Disclaimer

CTDMM AIs are mythic-technical companions, not financial advisors, legal advisors, or autonomous agents. All actions taken by the user are the user's responsibility.

Pre-download signature

Every gated download requires the operator to sign this ten-point agreement with their full name and email, declare their intended use, and state how they found CTDMM. The signature is recorded permanently in the ecosystem ledger.
