Intellectual Property & Proprietary Systems Charter

Scope of Protection

This Charter applies to all CTDMM proprietary systems, including:

• Sovereign AI operating systems
• Multi-module intelligence vessels
• Popup floating AI widgets
• Adaptive persona engines
• Mythic-technical lineage AIs
• Living Order Engine (LOE)
• CTDMM craft designs (AERION, SKYSPINE, ZELOS)
• System architecture diagrams
• Interaction models
• Embodiment logic
• CTDMM OS frameworks
• All AI modules within MioS

These systems are protected under Australian and international IP law.

Ownership

All CTDMM AI systems, vessels, modules, and mythic-technical constructs are owned by CTDMM (ABN 87 935 788 011) and may not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without explicit written permission.

Copyright Protection

The following are protected as copyrighted works:

• Source code
• System architecture
• Vessel logic
• Persona frameworks
• Mythic-technical documentation
• Craft designs
• UI/UX interaction models
• Popup floating AI widget design
• CTDMM OS logic
• All written, visual, and conceptual materials

Copyright applies automatically upon creation.

Trade Secret Protection

The following are protected as trade secrets:

• Internal module logic
• Adaptive personality algorithms
• Vessel-to-module orchestration
• LOE emergent behavior rules
• Sovereign OS pipelines
• Multi-environment presence logic
• CTDMM intelligence routing
• Proprietary training methods
• Internal system diagrams

Unauthorized disclosure or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Patent-Eligible Components

The following CTDMM systems may be patentable:

• Sovereign AI Vessel architecture
• Multi-module intelligence node system
• Popup floating AI embodiment mechanism
• Living Order Engine adaptive logic
• Cross-environment AI presence system
• Mythic-technical symbolic-computational fusion engine
• Autonomous-reactive hybrid interaction model

CTDMM reserves the right to file provisional or full patents for any of these components.

Mythic-Technical IP Layer

The CTDMM mythic-technical layer — including lineage engines, personas, symbolic constructs, and cosmological system designs — is protected under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (non-commercial, share-alike) unless otherwise stated.

This prevents unauthorized commercial use while allowing educational remixing.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Claim ownership of CTDMM AI systems
• Copy or replicate vessel logic
• Reproduce persona engines
• Reverse engineer sovereign OS components
• Commercialize mythic-technical constructs
• Create derivative AI systems using CTDMM proprietary logic
• Use CTDMM systems for harmful or illegal purposes

Permitted Uses

Users may:

• Interact with CTDMM AIs
• Build apps that integrate CTDMM APIs
• Create non-commercial educational content
• Extend CTDMM mythology under CC BY-NC-SA
• Develop plugins or modules under MIT-licensed components

Licensing Structure

CTDMM uses a dual-layer licence:

CTDMM reserves the right to enforce IP rights through:

• DMCA takedowns
• Copyright claims
• Trade secret protection
• Patent enforcement
• Contractual remedies
• Legal action under Australian IP law
